PRISM CHOR
The title itself justifies what I am going share...a peculiar incident took place last monday when we were doing our physics practical.When an hour passed and everyone heard the tingling sound of bell, a feeling of pleasure and delight surpassed everyone's heart as usual.After six hours of school it was time to pick up the heavy bag,leave the school gate and head towards home-heaven.Before all these activities , everyone of us have to submit the accessories or tools taken for the practical and one of the tools was prism.At the end of counting , the teacher found that one prism was missing which ultimately meant that someone was there in the lab who has taken that prism illegally ..........isn't it?
That one person was unknown.who was that? why did he took that prism?
The laboratory was searched but there was no prism found except already counted ones.
The teacher was obviously in a temper after this and addressed us in a plain voice that everyone have to pay for the penalty.you may be asked to pay 5or 10 rs per person but that is not a big amount. The price dosen't matters,the thing which matters is honesty.
We left silently but this kind of incident took place for the first time in my life ...that something went missing from the lab.
Everyone paced towards the class ,picked up their bags and moved.... the thing which surprised me was that students outside the lab were blaming each other and pointing to others that they might have taken....his or her file was incomplete which is the real scenario everywhere. We are busy discussing about others but really the the most important thing was honesty, the prism dosen't matters. It was a small incident but it gave me a big lesson. I myself follow the path of honesty and the real pleasure one gets only when an individual is a lover and folllower of truth.
