THE EDUCATION SYSTEM
My intention is not to hurt feelings of any student or teacher but if anyone feels so I apologise.Now read the article..............
Remember the days of ancient time when the students were taught under the sky,in the open enviroment...today not only the scenario has changed but the education system has also changed as today many teachers teach students just to complete the syllabus on time and teach like a rajdhani express.... Don't you think students need to get a better frame of knowledge?

Few teachers enter to the classroom with the thought that today I have to complete this topic or chapter...mujhe aaj ye padha ke hi jana hai...bell bajne se pehle but this thought needs to be changed isnt that it should be today my aim should be to make the students understand or clear the topic.Not only the teachers but the students also have to change their approach of learning by changing their idea of learning for marks rather than for gain unknown knowledge.
EVERYDAY IS A NEW DAY...NEW MEANS REALLY SOMETHING NEW....
getting up tiredly from the bed- yawning -getting ready for school -go to school -come back-have lunch-tution-double homework-sleep....
Is this what the students are meant for, if everyday is having the same pattern why life is said that it changes every second?
Think about it you will definetly reach to the conclusion that this is not life.....
I have seen many students who enter the school by touching the ground or chanting some mantras or bowing their head towards the school gate or by touching the school gate and praying for a while......everyone has different beliefs for school and in everyone's eye it has its own importance.
The actual philosphy is that school is considered to be the temple of knowledge where the goddess of knowledge herself resides..so everyday when anyone enters the school the idea in the mind should be that if I am coming to the school there is a reason...not to just solve algebra or read a lesson from the book but to gain , to know something new......knowledge.
Have u ever thought why the teachers write their plan before the month?Shouldn't they fill it after teaching and the column should be named as what I taught not what is my plan?
In earlier times may be a student is too weak in studies but still the teachers used to put their heart and soul for their studies. You must have learned from your parents or grandparents that how the students were punished by the village teachers .....
Yes this was the scene.Today our classrooms has become just a place where someone is speaking and others are hearing...just hearing.Not only the teachers have changed but today' s generations students are also over smart...for them tution classes is becoming more important than the school..even I was shocked when i heard that the class 1 students are also going to tution!
From 2009 CCE started in the CBSE board,the students became dependent on it and since they knew that they will be promoted to the next class so ther is no problem...no need of studying till class 8th and after it we see a number of students getting fail in class 9th. Even now various activities are being organised by the school authority or they are guided by the Head of the department-MHRD.They ask for report and pictures and in many schools just for the purpose of sending pictures they assemble students click a photo and send it as a proof.Is this what the activity asks for???
The purpose of the activities,campaigns,competition,seminars is to promote the improvement of communication skills,develop the innate qualities in students , to make them mature in various activities since it is the school only where we develop ourselves and the junior students are like the wet mould of mud which can be made in any shape till it dries because after drying and being fully prepared it can't be remoulded or resized.Similarly the attitude of the children cant be changed when they grow older.
Also the education has become unidirectional and that is each subject teacher cares for his or her subject but forget that the child has to read all the subjects not one.Even the students who are better in any other field such as sports ,art,music, are not treated equal.
The teacher teaches in the class, some do it with dedication and some just to get good remarks from the head and to complete the syllabus.So what happens is that many students shift to the tution classes to improve their studies -bright as well as slow bloomers also leaving a few in the class,the students joining to tution has to cope up with both syllabus-of tution and school with which only some can handle and others result in getting average marks in exam.The situation has got so worse that the students are also not respecting their teachers and are praising the tution classes.
The scene in the classroom is day by day detiorating as the teachers are teaching just to complete the syllabus, the students are learning only for marks ,the results are also not 100% true.The reason is both of them -the students and the teahers role has changed from the actual one which should be.But there are a few still are like a real student and teacher.So decide today where do you stand????
